The European collector's edition features a folded box while the North American one includes a metal tin case with a protective sleeve. Furthermore, the European version has physical copies of the Original Game Soundtrack CD and Behind-The-Scenes DVDwhile North Americans are getting a card containing redeemable codes to download the two extras instead. The guides could also be different as the European collector's edition has the complete guide while the North American one features a mini-strategy guide.
Dark Souls will be released for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America on October 4th and in Europe on October 7th.
